High level of responsibility and hundreds of people contributing to one single product. Błażej has over 22 years of experience in software development and leadership. For last 13 years he is focused on leading people to reach outstanding results in software products development for Ericsson. His Leadership skills are built on a solid base of software development since 1985 connected with system thinking both in software and human dimensions.In a free time, Błażej is still programming a bit and learning new technologies. This was always his hobby starting from ZX Spectrum+ in elementary school.
