Symphony Solutions – Agile Coach / Scrum Master
Dariusz is a Scrum Master at Symphony Solutions. He has 20 years of experience in software development and more than 10 in leading teams in Switzerland, Hong Kong and now in Kraków – Poland. And this is how (humbly) he describes his broad experience:
“I am blending over twenty years of creating software systems with what I consider to be my personal greatest talents: systems awareness, ability to imagine new future, putting theory into practice and emotional nuance sensitivity.
For the past couple of years, I’ve been fascinated by agile (including scrum), systems thinking, Integral Theory, new paradigm leadership, identifying obstacles in achieving business results, removing impediments on personal as well on system levels, emerging management techniques. I believe that it’s all immersed in values-based communication (NVC) that helps foster an open and honest dialogue even under challenging circumstances.”
