A senior product executive and guest lecturer at Stanford University, Laura has extensive experience in product management, M&A analysis, and definition of corporate strategies. She is passionate about helping companies successfully scale and innovate. She builds high-performing teams and defines the strategy, structure, and processes needed to successfully deliver new technologies to market. -Managed over 20 different products across all stages of the maturity lifecycle, and delivered 1/3 of those products from concept to GA. -Grew product teams from 5 to 20 people, transforming the product management organization to a team with significant business ownership and responsibility for multiple product lines. -Tripled the product portfolio, changing the company’s competitive position in the market and growing recurring revenue by 3.5X -Led cross-functional efforts to move on-premises solutions to SaaS offerings -Drove product strategy, including portfolio analysis, M&A, partner integrations and expansion into adjacent industries

Laura holds two Master of Science degrees from Stanford. She is a guest speaker at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program and a member of the extended teaching team in the Stanford Management Science and Engineering Department, lecturing on Entrepreneurship and Product Management. She has been a guest lecturer at UC Santa Barbara, and Los Andes University, Bogota, and a speaker at multiple conferences.

A board member of Leading Women in Technology, Laura is an advocate for diversity and is dedicated to helping women advance professionally.
