Seasoned professional with solid background of working on various leadership positions. Currently working as Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Symphony Solutions. My passion is being Agile, but not doing it. I strongly believe these are two big differences and every Agile transformation should start from cultural shift and embracing Lean Agile Mindset. After working with various types of companies and teams around the globe I can certainly say that the main value of any company and project is the people and the teams that they form.

I have coaching, mentoring and facilitator experience. This leads to strong empathy and ability to explain complex topics with simple examples from wide experience. Love to share my knowledge with others so that they don’t repeat my mistakes 🙂
