About:Piotr is a change enthusiast and agile methodologies early adopter. Management Consultant with a background in project and people management gained in several Blue Chip companies, he is focusing on change management and agile methodologies implementation. During his career, he helped multiple companies to evolve, change direction and transform internally. Running his own company – Trisar, he cooperates with a broad share of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, helping them to build engaged teams, grow leadership competencies and align products to their customers’ expectations. He is a University Lecturer and Business Trainer with expertise in Change Management, Lean Kanban and Management 3.0. Piotr is a co-founder and board member of Talent Management in Tech, a non-profit NGO that runs several projects connecting business with the education sector. Experience:13 years in various management positions in multinational corporations. As a serial corporate startupper, Piotr has been involved in building HSBC, Sabre/ and Aon Hewitt Benefit Administration centres from scratch. In the past 4 years, he has been serving Aon’s top executives as transformation advisor and head of the consulting unit, shaping the company to fit XXI century technological landscape. In parallel, he is running his own consulting practice (Trisar) for 7 years now. Piotr holds Executive MBA diploma from Oxford Brookes University, several certifications such as Prince2Practitioner, Prosci Change Manager, Scrum Product Owner and is a certified facilitator for Management 3.0, Lean Kanban and Lean Change. He is a lecturer at the University of Science and Technology in Krakow (AGH) and a board member in NGO: Talent Management in Tech.Main fields of expertise:Piotr’s knowledge is battle tested – he is a practitioner of all the topics he teaches.
