Pramod leads an organization responsible for a portfolio comprised of products and consulting services surrounding financial performance, product & pricing, network strategy and market dynamics for airline commercial planning solutions. His main fields of expertise include product marketing, product management, new business development, acquisition integrations, solution design, product development, product consulting, solution delivery and customer care.Throughout his professional career, Pramod has managed and led various Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) in many countries, including Iceland, Austria, Germany, and the United States. In his previous role as Managing Director, Sabre Austria, he was responsible for the general management and daily operations of the company as well as the business leadership of the industry’s leading flight planning technology solutions utilized by 40% of the world’s flights. The family of solutions delivered low-cost flight plans, a shared operational picture, and increased productivity. Prior to joining Sabre Austria, he ran another acquisition business as Managing Director, Sabre Iceland, tasked with integrating the Icelandic Big-data/Analytics platform technology and team to broader Sabre family as well as running the day to day operations of this business. Over the last 11 years, Pramod has held several leadership positions in new business development, acquisition integrations, solution design, product management, product development, product consulting, solution delivery and customer care for various airline business functions and projects. He started his career with Sabre Airline Solutions as an Operations Research Analyst where he was tasked with designing and programming Complex Crew Recovery Algorithms.
