Tech entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in playing different roles – from software developer to founder. As a leader of Railsware craftsmen team, he is committed to contributing to this evolution.For the last 10 years, he has been working at Railsware, 6 of them on the position of Managing Director. Major fields of responsibilities of mine are Sales, Marketing, HR and Product Development. Before Railsware Sergey walked the path from the C++ Engineer to the author of popular iOS/MacOS applications and the founder of a few own startups. There is a plenty of knowledge and experience he can share with the community.
