About the program

Though it’s quite evident by now that the world — and especially the business world — is changing at an exponential rate, most companies and entrepreneurs are slow to shift their business models, either because they don’t know how to make a shift or because they believe change is temporary. In this workshop, Justin Lokitz, best selling author of “Design a Better Business” and his new book, “Business Model Shifts”, will provide concrete examples of how organizations are shifting their business models (and taking over the world) and will guide attendees through various exercises designed to help them create their own business model shifts.
